100WC...4 weeks on...Improvements?!

4 weeks on...we are sharing Room 4's latest 100 Word Challenge. We are working really hard to make better word choices and using a variety of punctuation accurately. Today, before we wrote this we learnt how to use semi-colons in our work. Do you know how to use semi-colons? If not; click here.

We are also working on being more self-reflective. How do you think we went?

  4. I have been reading your work. whoever presents the best piece of work and explains why it is a good piece of work best I will have it printed in a similar manner to Cormac's poem. This will be open to whoever Natasha feels has earned the right to compete. The work will be in addition to your classwork and will need to be completed before November I will also add a donation to the School Council or PALS to be selected by the winner.

  5. Cormac, this sounds good but if you read it again you will see it doesn't flow and there is a slight issue with the tenses as i read it. I could be wrong but you flip between pas and present. however you paint a great picture. you so sure civilization is so worth it. to some the desert is the best place on earth, no mention of the sting from the bite either or the slow deterioration of his scenes as the poison mingles and destroys his life giving blood. remember even with great work there is room to improve. see you later.
